Congratulations to our partners on their accomplishments!

The FLA OHT extends the warmest congratulations to the following FLA OHT partners on their well-deserved achievements.

Dr. Mike Green named president-elect of the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Dr. Green is the Head of the Department of Family Medicine, a Professor in the Department of Public Health Sciences at Queen’s University and the co-chair of the QUEST Support Structure at the FLA OHT.

Dr. John Muscedere MD, FRCPC named Regional Clinical Lead for East Region, Critical Care. Dr. Muscedere is a Professor of Medicine and Intensivist at Queen’s University and Kingston Health Sciences Centre.

Dr. David Messenger named Regional Clinical Lead for East Region, Emergency Medicine. Dr. Messenger is Associate Professor, Chair of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Queen’s University and Chief of Emergency Medicine at Kingston Health Sciences Centre. 

Dr. Anna Chavlovski named Regional Clinical Lead for East Region, Primary Care. Dr. Chavlovski is a family physician in Amherstview, ON and the chair of the FLA OHT Health Home Support Structure.

Dr. Natalie Kondor named Regional Clinical Lead for East Region, Palliative Care. Dr. Kondor completed Family Medicine residency at Queen’s University in 2006 with an extra year of Palliative Care Certification. She is an assistant professor within Queen’s Division of Palliative Medicine.

Nancy Lee Brown named Regional Clinical Co-Lead for East Region, Palliative Care. Ms. Brown is a dedicated, Clinical Nurse Specialist in Palliative Care at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre. 

Dr. Claudio Soares named Regional Clinical Lead for East Region, Mental Health and Addictions. Dr. Soares is a Professor, Head of the Department of Psychiatry at Queen’s University School of Medicine and is the co-chair of the Mental Health and Additions Network with the FLA OHT.
