Walking to Wellness - Free indoor walking program January 9 to April 30, 2023
Walking to Wellness is a free, safe, and social indoor walking program for people of all ages to increase their physical activity. The program is offered at six municipal sites in the KFL&A area in partnership with the City of Kingston, Loyalist Township, and the Town of Greater Napanee.
